One or more of their customers received an email from you to the point they complained to ProofPoint and ProofPoint identified your IP as a threat and listed it.

How Do I Get De-Listed:

If you need to contact Proofpoint, Inc. (Proofpoint) to request delisting of an IP address, here’s how you can do it:

1. Check your IP status
   Use the IP lookup tool provided by Proofpoint: https://ipcheck.proofpoint.com/ Proofpoint+2help.proofpoint.com+2
   This will show if your IP is listed in their dynamic reputation system. help.proofpoint.com+1

2. Submit a delisting request
   If your IP is listed, you can submit your information for review via the same IP check site. help.proofpoint.com+1

3. Provide all relevant information
   In your email (or form submission) include:

   • The IP address(es) in question

   • Domain(s) or sending entity name

   • A full bounce message or rejection header (if available)

   • Approximate date/time when issue started

   • A brief explanation of your sending practices and what you’ve done to remediate any issue (e.g., list hygiene, authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), reverse DNS) Suped+1

4. Review your sending infrastructure
