DMS Default Data Retention Policies
We broadcast a huge amout of email daily and monthly and all of the pieces of that activity get stored including, but not limited to opens, clicks, bounces. Over a short period this amounts to a huge amount of storage. We are limited by what we can store long term and these paramets are configured per industry norms:

| Campaign Spam Complaints | Retained indefinitely |
| Campaign Unsubscribes | 6 months |
It is your responsibility to generate reports from inside the GUI or retrieve data files we have dropped into reporting directories that may have been part of a service level agreement before these times expire.
These retention periods are our best effort. In the event of a system failure, act of God, etc., you agree we cannot be held liable for any retention period.
